As you are probably aware the DH Champs are being held in Carrick Mountain in Wicklow this July 18/19th. Hosted by Flow Racing we are trying to make every effort that everything is in place as soon as possible in order for the smooth running of the event. In order to achieve this we are counting on alot of support from volunteers. We are looking for people who would give up their time to help with marshaling on the weekend of the race. You will be supplied with lunch packs and are assured of great vantage points on one of the fastest tracks in the country.

Yeah fair play to Damo Duggan and his team for stepping up to run the DH Nationals this year, its a massive undertaking, I'd love to help but I'm racing for the craic !!!
If you are going along to watch it would be no harm to offer your services to marshall, in a DH race the best spots are always marshalled and you can cheer on all the EPICdhers as they rip down the track..
no..you're funny remark about anerobic pedalfest was there..i'd say Gav deleted it..he doesn't know you used to be cool, man..are you planning a visit or something ? I've never been to carrick but the Sean lad has..i don't think you'd be able for it though !!
i did indeed. its problem with forums, the first post didn't come across as a question about whether its pedaly or technical. Sounded more like a dig at the track the lads built and we've had had too many problems with people complaining before. I'm sure he's much cooler than you Richie so I'll remember that in future
