What time is the race kicking of at on Sunday ? and at wat carpark ?

And the second , does the fire road up at ballinastoe do a full loop around , looking for a cycle for sumone who interested in riding single track ...

if you are marshalling you need to be there at 10.00 races begin at 11.00 with the underage , you'll have to explain more what you are talking about Ballinastoe

I'll try get there on Sunday then !!! I'm not down to marshall but if i'm needed when i get there i have no problem helping out !!!

Basically , i'm looking for a loop of fire road that i can bring someone on to get their fitness up and just to generally get them out cycling, i'm hoping to eventually get them onto single track but they aren't confident enough to go off-road yet .
