Im heading to Dunmanway 2moro and this will be my first proper go off a DH track Ive been XCin in Ballyhoura and Derroura for just over a year now so i decided to get more serious. So wat im essentially asking is how DH noob friendly is it to ride? Was there to watch the NPS this year and it looked like a great laugh. Keep in mind i wont be flooring it either. Ao what do u guys tink?

The NPS track is friendly enough to ride. DH on your own is not a great idea - things can go wrong at any stage and you could be in real trouble if there's no one there to pick up the pieces.
Make sure someone else is around. There are some friendly locals who ride there a lot, friendly but crazy and one has a disturbing fascination with donkeys... Good lads though... Maybe you'll meet them.
Only ride the rock drop if you're comfortable with it.

oh ya im going out there with a fellow who's ridden it before, there's an uplift there an all i think, and im not going NEAR the rock drop today, maybe later when im more used to it. Thanks for that.
