All I can say is that was one of the best weekends Biking and craic ever..for those of you who were beaten by Alfie in races this year, you'll see all his training aids and diet regime.

the place we stay in Innerhaven only holds 6 and unless one of this years 6 dies ,there won't be any replacing them.
so many hilarious moments ..actually every moment was hilarious.
actually we made up a list of people we would bring with us on the next training camp..you're on it, fecker, we reckon you'd fit right in, The feckin state of us everyday at the trail centres..the drinking and the smoking and the general acting the maggot was on an EPIC scale..
you had to be there..you'll see the video the dinner mashers made of me. but the 5 of them had to join forces to get me..they were all in exactly the same condition, doing exactly the same kind of eejitry !
until I got the geeks at the labs to do some further analysis and they discovered it was......
