A big thank you to The EPIC team , becuase it is a team effort, in particular to Damian Mulchrone and Alfie Wallace, they are the ones that prop me up throughout the run up to the event.
And a special mention to , to all the new members of EPIC who make the club brilliant.
And to Carol and Sophie who rarely see there Hisband and Dad on the run up.
theres a heap of folks who support us and only a few fools whose heads are so far up their arses they are too cool to come along and let people see just how good ( or bad) they actually are.

I'm considering not running one next year just to quit while we are ahead, but at the same time..i'm thinking of how to improve it more!!

Unbelievable event!! Fair play to everyone who had anything to do with it, couldn't of had a better day for it and the racing was class! Some were taking it more serious than others which made it even more fun screwing with the serious ones! The track was unbelievable and the main blast was crazy....did I hear 230 did it?! madness! I told ya's all I wasn't going to win it haha Although I might of had a go at it if it wasn't for that interfierance I encountered on the start line and the over the bars in the woods, managed to catch Mr. Davis before going onto the fireroad.....we won't talk about when we got onto the fireroad though!
Can't wait to see some of the pics and videos that are going to come out of this
We need more of these events! Imagine if every club did one and made a series out of it!

Besides, who else could run one? Not knocking any other club, but we're untouchable.
Best club league, best event.
Hugely proud tonight to be associated with such an incredible club of people after a simply amazing day. There are so many people who gave up an opportunity to ride today on the finest day we are ever likely to see for an event like this.
Special mention to Vinnie and son for the uplifts, Cathal and his crew of marshals who always do such a great job, Sean and Colin at the top for managing the hoards, to all the team at the finish, Damo, Skip, Richard, Daragh and co, that must have been hellish with the Tsunami of riders coming you way, but it was always a pleasure to steam in there. Rory, Alfie, Clo and the others for the encouragement along the way. Stewart for the brilliant and creative trophies, last years Goobers prize still sits proudly on a shelf at home. There are loads more and sorry if I have not mentioned you. The organisation was unreal this year, very, very well oiled, there was a real sense that everyone was on their game and it showed. Sign on at the carpark was a great idea and essential given the numbers.
And of course the man himself who seems uncomfortable with praise but without him nothing would happen, the hours of planning, building, organising, taking stupid phone calls and doling out the abuse over the PA, the biggest thank you of all.
It was also good to see someone who deserves the prize get it instead of a randomer! Corkery's done alot with his uplifts and it's good to see the favour returned!
