fitness training

just wondering what most of you lads and lasses do to improve your fitness ?

do you just ride your bike ? or do you go to the gym or swim ?

Don't mind Llandai he has the man flu and his hair is too curly,RL is too affraid and yes I spelled it that way for a reason and as FF has a bad knee!

Get out on your bike on Sunday spins see how you go and then pick someone you want to be better than and work on that, secretly in your own mind! Once you do them pick someone better.

Dont mind me either I'm locked!!!!!!!! Hahahahahaha!!

well..my fitness regime involve copious amounts of Shiraz of lidl, Guinness and trying to keep Alfie in sight..do the same or you will never be any use, as i'm getting old I'm going to adjust that to keeping Luke in sight, which is actually as tough as keeping Alfie in sight but not as exciting in a sexual way..
in short, ride your socks off, ignore your wounds, take any performance enhancing products as you can, find some other member you want to crease and away you go..

well guys it seems you have the right attitude cycle till your knees bleed from the pain and then do some more

and no the Arctic fookin monkeys are not rock and roll and neither is oasis or any band formed after the the start of the 80's

Well Richie,the Origional band to sing about"Sex and Drugs & Rock & Roll" was Ian Dury & The Blockheads.Ian Dury was the bloke that 1st spoke that pharse,its credited to him,back in 1978!!

get drunk >> cycle >> drink to numb the pain >> cycle again!

eventually your liver will explode but who needs one of those anyway?
