Fat People Break bombhole ladder bridge on 3Rock shocker

There's a bombhole ladder bridge on 3Rock on the section after Rock n Roll that's broken so don't go bombing across it expecting to get across the far side in one piece....the bank leading up to this section is a bit ropey too...

Alans one in Djouce is also a disgrace, if you want to and see how these things should be built, go up the top of XTC and check out mine and Cathals contraption. What is lacks in positioning it makes up for in robustness.

Can someone please get the finger out and fix these....

Really must use some Ronseal next time, the lifetime for a bridge ought to be more than 5 years. :-( Meanwhile it looks like someone attempted to build The Most Pathetic Jump In The World alongside it. :-( :-(

That ladder's been a bit suspect for a while Fergal - Rusty, Smithers and Joe rode over it last Thursday and I think that lot finally did for it! I'd like to say I contributed but ..... I wimped again...!

too much junk in riders' trunks these days - and with the winter coming it's only gonna get worse, think we need some RJ45's up there....

I just don't seem to be able to concentrate on the ladders .... my eyes keep focusing on the drops (and rocks) on either side!! I didn't get to my age by taking silly risks.....

Richard, you are right, don't be cajoled, do it when you are ready, confidence is a huge part of what we do, and if you wreck yourself early on (and you're still a baby) then you'll regret it. Your ladder walking gives everyone a good laugh too, so we're all happy. I still don't jump after my crash in St Annes (Rock on Loneliness is not a jump), too much too soon and I was lucky to get away with it. There are old MTB'ers and bold MTB'ers but no old, bold mtb'ers, bar Richie, Fat Fecker, Gmac, Killian, Kev, OK so there are loads, but you get my point. What is it again?
