The 2nd round of the Munster winter XC Series is on the 15th of November on a new course in Clashnacrona, Dunmanway by 021Racing.
The course is described as 'technical XC' with small climbs and descents and will incorporate the bottom half of the New NPS XC loop that we are working on. This sectionâs got some great flowing sections and short technical climbs, up a bit of the fire road, down a chute, up a bit of double track and down the end of the middle ground trail to finish. I'm sure most people are familiar enough with the Dunmanway trails to know what's in store if not be prepared, its not a trail centre so there will be roots and mud and there will be steep bits.
you will have a lot of fun on some of the sections like choo choo and nuked and lower middle ground
(no there is no part of the DH tracks being used)

These races are aimed at bikers of all abilities to meet up & enjoy a day out.
Entry fees - are modest and are needed to cover the cost of the ambulance and coillte permit.
Fees are â¬10 if you have a UCI licence or â¬20 if a day license is needed.
we will also arrange an Uplift day on the Saturday if we get the interest.
