The bike looks good and you cant fault the shimano deore bits that come on it.
the only prob are the mechanical/cable discs that come on it. generally they are heavy and only slightly better than v brakes that come on cheaper bikes. but if ur willing to upgrade the brakes at a later time then the bike seems great!
I dont know if the bikes come fully built from CRC so you may need to factor that into any savings that ur making as a bike shop will charge you 50euros min for any build up.

if i was to uprate the cable brakes at a later stage can you just replace with hydraulic and keep the original discs or do you have to change the whole lot?
you can use the same disc but if u buy a set of hydraulic disc brakes, new or 2nd hand, u will usually get a set of disc with it anyway.
chances are the shifters and brake levers are integrated. That means that when you go to replace the brakes with hydro ones you will have to replace your gear shifters which will eat up any savings you have made. If you can spend a little extra and get something with hydro disks you'll save yourself cash and hassle in the long run. Most companies offer bikes around the 600-700 mark that come with hydro brakes.
16" is quite small. suit someone about 5ft8in, or thereabouts.
expect to pay €100 for secondhand disc brakeset.
thats the other question.i know all bikes are different but what size bike should suit a 6ft2" person weighing about 88kgs roughly?
Your looking at a large frame at least 19in .Go to a shop and try some ideal size is where seatpost is just below max height setting mark and top tube length is not too cramped.
