Steady balinastoe spin tonight

Gonna be heading to Balinastoe for a steady spin this evening, gonna make up the route as we go along, and by steady i mean steady.leaving about 7.20, if you want to join us head along, see you there. This would be good for some of the guys from Saturday if you have lights as an intro to night spins.

Gary if you want to I'd put that in to the general discussion are as ballinastoe is an Designated trail and theres no issues with access. Some of the saturday beginners have not logged in to the forum.

Nice one guys.Just gary and rhinestone and me steady pace no stopping except when gaz lost his shoe at start of slompy bit on pog course.Clasic when rhinestones giant parked itself upside down perfectly after dodgy moment on rocks,well worth goin out tonight.

fair play lads..thats the kind of initiative that makes EPIC deadly..that POG trail s just superb ..feckin great route !

Yeah that was good fun, the shoe moment was funny, managed to keep my feet dry up to that point, brians bike was the funniest though, all you could here was Brian shouting and a bit of a clatter and then him laughing, we stop and turned to take a look and there was his bike up right on its bars and seat, you couldn't do it if you tried haha.
Sorry to Ger for heading off without you (again), we'll wait till the very last second next time.
I will put up another steady spin for next week after the weekend, had a bit of interest from a few people, i'm away till monday so i'll put it up monday evening. Thanks Guys.

Yeah deadly craic that! Thanks again to Gary and Karl for dragging me round like an anchor, hope I didn't slow ye up too much. Just laughing again about the bike putting itself in the service position.
