The stitching that holds the buckle ratchet on my Specialized BG shoes came away last night up in Djouce. I bought the shoes 6-7 months ago from Cycleways and have used them 3 times a week since then. It would probably be fair to say that I've dabbed on a few occassions during that time!!!
I couldn't find the receipt for them but took a chance and went into Cycleways this morning and without fuss or argument they gave me a new pair! I had a similar experience with some 661 shoes that I bought from CRC and it took a month to get a replacement pair!
I'm as guilty as the next person of buying lots of stuff online (and sometimnes the savings are irresistable!) but for the sake of a few Euro I will definately be spending my money locally in future!
Good Man do need any Scooters or a nice Deauville to add to your fleet or a CRF450 mxer mint or if this customer doesn't collect this Aprilia Moto65 soon it will also be for sale c'mon you know you want another bike to put in the garage beside your Honda!!!!

and got two brand new ones by return post even with hoses

stick that in your camelback and smoke it.
get heavy with them tell them that under the "consumer act" you are entitled to a return, repair or refund and you can specify which one you want.
I had a power hose thingy which broke and brought it back to woodies,then I see them on special 50 off,I was sick,So i insisted I wanted my money back,then bought a new one
and headed to the boozer with 5o lids and my new powerwasher.happy days

Never ever ever ever. I left my bike in for a service last week and now I have a puncture!!!!!!! Comes to mind. Do you have a rever lever for a Deauville (clutch lever) have you got a plough for an AR80 (bellypan) I have sooooo many!!!!!

he prob has a few in the shop since he ordered them for me too
Think it's the buckle on my left shoe that's broken, would have to double check. What shoes do you have Oz, mine are M230's. Cyclesupertore did actually get a set of buckles for me, pity there were for road shoes!!!
