Indoor Bike Park

To all Riders,
I'm currently in the process of creating an Indoor MTB Park in Dublin. A warehouse packed with pump trails, obstacles, jumps, drops... in a nut shell anything that can be encountered outdoors. Proposed location is currently South Dublin.
ALL coments appreciated...

southsiders get feckin everything the spoiled sh!tes
they get the hills, the free vistas, the weather, the Dundrummy-yummy-mummies, most of all, they get the poor eejit north & westsiders coming over building trails for them!

build it over in North/West Dublin will you? plenty of redundant warehouses, and not a snooty mother in sight....

hello..no point in building anything over there all those repossessed losers on the North side will just move in to it..!

heres an idea, build it in a neutral venue like.....Cork!

Its currently at design stage with an estimated completion date of Oct/Nov 2010. A foam box will be a small part of the park.

Website will be up and running shortly where all riders can express interest. Details will follow soon

Is that date for completion of the design?
Or completion of the physical park?

I think its a great Idea, I dont know how you would make it work, the indoor parks I think are getting going in USA with rays which everyone has seen in some bike mag: http://www.raysmtb.com/ and this new one:

the price you charge will be important.
