Because of my antics over the weekend i'm unable to do a spin this evening so i thought i would put it forward to thursday. Now it's the same as last tuesday, 7.20 Balinastoe, steady pace (and i mean steady) and would suit first time night spinners. If your interested let me know. Cheers.
Sorry guys but Due to the very rough weather i won't be able to make this either, it's a long way to drive from Carlow in that s**t outside, might sound like a cop out but i realy don't give a fcuk, i've more sense than that.
If one of you wants to take over the spin please feel free otherwise i'll see you next week.

Harri was left on his own tonight , he came with us as much as was humanly possible but we lost him..
Alfie and Shona went with him, which was very generous of them but the thing is..John is only one of several people who must want to get out during the week and not get hammered by me and the Basterds..
Unless you are 100% committed don't say you are going.
The club depends on spins, theres no point in being in EPIC unless you are going on spins..
It doesn't matter if you are an XC racer or a DH racer..if it wasn't for Saturday/Sunday SPins there wouldn't be a club, very few of you would know each other and we wouldn't be in a position to run such fantastic events as we do.

As I've said I'll keep organising Thursday night spins, no problemo! Thing is I do need others, I felt bad holding up the show last night (fun and all as it was). There are plenty of people who need /could use /would enjoy an intermediate spin! That's what the craic squad spins are there for! So, don't be afraid, come on!
