My Garmin readout looks like the TV dramas when someone dies ........ almost flat between 160-170bpm ..... and the max I ever reach is 175bpm!! Congrats to Max (bloody Polish Banger!!), the brothers Dave and particularly Shona who rode out of her skin - despite the pneumonia she claimed she was suffering from!!
