attention all Wednesday Evening Membership Night 3.3.10

if you want to be a member of epicmtb for 2010 heres some essential steps to follow
1) apply for your membership of cycling ireland
2) print off a copy of the C.I web page confirming your licence has been approved
3) bring this printed copy and your 20euro club membership fee along to the cym in terenure between 7.30 and 9.30 on march 3rd and sign up.If you are under 18 bring a parent

failure to carry out any of these steps will result in non membership for 2010 this applies to everyone...no exceptions

get the finger out folks only 35 people have applied for c.i membership through epic so far,we had 139 members last year are you all leaving?

I have attached the membership application form for people to print off and fill out for the membership night on Wednesday. we will have some with us on the night but if you can bring the form already completed that would be great.

And remember CI membership is still needed. so you still have time to sign up with CI. (epic approval with CI is only thing needed, as the licence Payment is not fully working)

Folks to save confusion heres the story.
Get your licence membership approved by CI and Jack ( the Club Secretary, not me )
Bring your membership form completed along on Wednesday night 7.30 in the CYMS in Terenure.
If you cannot make it contact Jack not me.
We just need people to commit to getting a licence end of story.
You don't need to have paid for it yet.
Don't contact me about it, I am the CLub President, I am too important for such mundane stuff !!

ok the CI site is now saying members registration is down untill the first week in March, bring your Membership form filled out on Wednesday with €20 and we'll chase up the Licence thing afterwards !
