CI don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails, the online renewal does not recognise my details. How the fup am I supposed to renew?

Think what most people are doing is ... print off a hard copy of the appropriate form (link on here somewhere) stick it in the post with your cheque, they will send you an email to confirm that they received your application. then wait, and wait...
Don, I have the same problem.
I've resorted to davek's way. even more confusing for the kids, as their is only an option for non-competitive licence. it just annoys me that serious dollars was spent on the site. could have been much better spent.

The mad part is I had a licance last year, I entered the details and aparently I don't exist.
Should we all sned letters of complaint or will the club send one big letter.

Well you will need the form signed by me or tell me that you have posted the form so i can approve you to CI.
**** you nobodies !! i am an mtb Golden God and they are always ringing me up asking me where to run the RAS and the Ballinaspittle GP and suchlike and i don't exist on their system !!
Figured it out
If you actually ride your bike, the system doesn't work. If you keep the bike in the shed, all is fine.
Makes sense when you think about it!

I got a snotty reply today. Firstly for not saying my email address, even though it was on the email. Again, it didn't recognise me and wouldn't allow me to re register.
Here it is

Not joking, but can I affiliate to another association? I really begrudge giving them money, especially as they appear to have nothing to do with Irish MTB. the only ones that I see are MTBcommittee, and they don't get paid. EPIC will probably give them €10k this month, and all they can do is complain about us complaining.
