What Offroad category? Question from Cycling Ireland

I just receive the below email from Cycling Ireland asking me what is my category.

I´m 32 years old, what should be my category?

Apologies for the delay in issuing your licence. Please can you advise the offroad category you require:

Elite

Expert

Masters

Sport

Veteran

Miguel..do sports !! Masters is like Elites except younger ! Sports is for first time racers !!

I got the same E-mail, they have my head wrecked, i've already have a 2010 licence number, i thought it was all sorted, why do they need to know this now?

they are only sending that email to Foreigners like us!! Something to do with the EU and the size of our bananas !!

I haven't even seen my licence number and I paid for it on 11/02! They wanted to know which category I was going to race too, don't know what they need it for but if don't get the licence this week I won't be happy...
I might be a foreigner but the size of my banana is 'grand' so I don't know what the problem is :)
