Hello, I can take 5 people this Friday at 5.00 at Carrickollogan car park for a training session.
Not a spin as such just some techniques for racing or whatever people would like.

ok when you cycle from Palmers and you come to the gate we usually go through at the Leadmines..well instead of going through the gate ..stay on the road up the hill , just around the corner just after it straightens out the car park is on the left !
