mountain /outdoor first aid course

does anyone know what that outdoor/mountain/mtb first aid course is called? or are there different ones? Does anyone know anything bout duration/topics/costs?

or even better where I can do one? I vaguely remember teher was something on here in epic last year?!

I need to get a cert before the summer, so any info appreciated.

REC 1/2/3 I think?

I did the one last year with the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team (DWMRT.ie). There are several levels as mentioned in the post above. It was the REC2 (Remote Emergency Care) course they were teaching at the time. It was for two full days of the weekend, in Roundwood and cost €150 at the time.
