Well done Enduro

Fair play to Eoin Keith, after six months out of running with an injury, he comes back and does the 44 km "Wicklow Way Ultra" run to see if he can run again, then returns to winning ways in the first race of the IMRA Leinster League, Bray Head last night.

According to Outsider Magazine, he is one of Richie's two favourite hillrunners "because he has a beard"! (The other looks like a pirate).
The beard may be gone but the talent and determination has certainly not.

Great race last night, plenty of MTBers in it, some from Epic, some former Epic (the Bosnians), representatives from WORC, MAD and Wheelworx as well. Good to be back.

The man really is a "proper" legend! Was he wearing his yellow jacket?

Don't forget Justin, I am sure he was up there to. Crazy EPICurians. I don't get running, ever since we did away with lions and bears and what not we don't need to run anymore.

The 44km is now 50km after Enduro got it lengthened (the race!)

Miserable yes, but much better than expected. Recent form would suggest top 80 would have been a good target.

If you want to see really miserable, wait until you see how I do in the Epic Club League!

And no, Eoin was not wearing his yellow jacket, nor the mysterious rucksack.

I thought he was going to race with that bag on last Sunday !

I was watching some of that run last night from the Martello Pub, Guiness was nice!
Didn't see a yellow jacket!

well I think its about time I had my autobiography published !! i'm in more magazines than Jordan and Cheryl Cole !! and I look deadly in the Nip!!

I'm beginning to sound like a "broken record" but he's an incredible athlete! Nice the way he wears the Epic gear when he running too!!
