I know how to rock but not sure how to 3 rock, must be some new trend!

Hey Eoin, trails can be tricky enough to find, but if you're travelling up from Westmeath for a Sat or Sun morning spin pop over to madmtb.com and I'm sure some of us will be around to give you a guide.
