my wheels are not turning freely on my lapierre 210 what should i be lookin for to get them to move freely, brakes? etc
wheels rubbing/not turnin freely
Have a look to see if the discs are straight, (no buckles) if they are then loosen the bolts holding the disc calipers (with the wheel on), hold the brake lever down and retighten the bolts with the lever still depressed, this should re-center the caliper and hopfull stop any binding.
The other thing you could try is take the wheel off and get a large screwdriver and put it between the brake pads and prize them open, some times what happens is that when you take the wheels off the levers get knocked and the pads push out a bit to far, thus binding on the disc, give that ago and see how you get on.

I find some WD40 on the disks helps, makes you go faster too.

with the lever still depressed,
I use to find that every time i take the wheels off the bike and back on they were always rubbing.
I took the spring that pads sit in and bent them back a small bit so they force the pads back in a bit more after braking. Seems to have done the trick.

Could be any number of things but this is what I'd check first..
Check your bearings.. make sure they're running free..
When you put your wheels on make sure that they are in the frame straight before you make any adjustments to your brakes..
If the brakes are the problem you should notice it straight away.. in fact if it is your brakes that are rubbing then it should be blindingly obvious..!!
Then make adjustments to your caliper as per Gaz suggestion..
