Did 2 laps yesterday evening - track is bone dry, loads of fun and super fast. Hit 50kmph at one point, and another super fast section has a couple of rocks for launching off (but don't worry if you're not the jumpy type, you can either slow up or go round them). The long section of singletrack is in the best condition it's ever been in - a lot of that is due to the course work done by the lads of late - I will expect it to hold up even in full wet condtions - a lot of it has been benchcut where it was tricky before.
The switchbacks at the end of the lap are running brilliant, little drops, berms etc etc - it's all good. Best finish to a lap ever!

Oh - kids lap - proper purpose built singletrack running downhill, and a fireroad spin back to the start. Should be great.
I have a profile, but I can't get it off my phone. There's about 150m of climb per lap, in otherwords, 150m of dh per lap :D I'll ask around and see if the lads with the garmin gps can get a profile.
And skids - but of course, some choice places to skid!
you slipped up there with the profile for Sherlock Bones !! you should put the garmin in a car and drive around and around and around some roundabouts , then post that up as the Profile..
he'll go off his head working out what tyres to use!!
I won't make it down for this race. Best of luck to all the Epic legends! Someone better give Max a lift, he has a No. 1 to hang on to, maybe Enduro will have room in that back pack of his!!

Brilliant venue, good hard racing. Really enjoyed the techy bits but the fire road climb not so much. Definitely a place I will go back to for more savage racing. Good work MBUL-mers!
