Ladies, Carol tells me some of you are keen to get on other spins, thats cool..heres the way to do it..
you all have members access as far as I know and you can take on the Craic Spins on Tuesdays ran by Gazpw ..
Saturdays..you'll have to get the nod from me to do those, i'm afraid and theres only 2 ways to impress me and thats at the Club races or the NPS..
If you are a member of EPIC you are more than welcome at the Club league, in fact its not something you should miss out on.
Its handicapped, so you get to race with your peers and at the same time get to see Irelands best mountainbikers in action..
So if you are a member or even a Non member lady with a CI licence contact Dethshead ( Fergal) and he'll help you register..
