Adamski the little savage took the win in the masters by a good margin, he was like a little rocket going around the place. Well done, that has been a long time coming.
The race itself was very well run and I really enjoyed the course, some tough climbs and the descents were tricky in spots. From the comments on the forum I was expecting a not so great course, but I thought it was a really good xc course for racing.

Yup, that was very well run race I have to say. Not my favorite type of course but good for racing and quite challenging. Thumbs up to Dromara CC for this one, I didn't expect it to be that good..
Adam was absolutely flying today, well done! I won't be surprised if he cleans up in Djouce at the Nationals!

As to myself... well it wasn't too bad but I couldn't bridge to the fastest 3 lads, the road training seems to paying off for them. Came 4th after all and took some vital points home which is good.

The course was tough,seemed to be a lot of climbing and the weather was hot which really drained strenght.I thought the race was well organised by Dromora CC.
I would really like to thank Jack,Shona and Cian for the shouts of encouragement,really helps to give a boost!!Not too sure where I finished,but the Epic pitcrew reckoned I was 8th or so,I'd be happy with that.Will have to see when the official results come out later.

Well done to all the Epic Jerseys racing today.With most of the top masters turning up I was expecting a fierce race ahead. I have to say I thought the course was a real good XC course with lots of tricky stuff and a climb that that left me hurting after 3 laps. The race itself was mad altogether! Rob lead us out followed by Bomber Boydell,Andy Newman and meself. So we all did a lap together then my chain slipped of heading up one of the climbs and I lost a bit of ground on the lads. Got going again only to find Boydell stopped fixing his bike.I think on lap three then myself and Rob had opened up a small gap on Andy heading up the climb and then just near the top BIG BIG BANG....Rob snaps his chain.Nightmare for him...happy days for me!! Its a pity though as I was looking forward to dicin with him.With two laps to do I just kept churnin away keeping out of trouble and giving it all up the climb.
A mega thanks to Jack and Shona for doin the bottles and Jeasus I needed then today.All the Epic heads would have been ****ed with out them. Cant praise them enough!! And of course well done to DromaraCC for a great course.
Brilliant event, as others have said the course was really good, so much better than I had expected. Lots of challenges, climbs were tough, but each one not that long in itself, Mulligan's Hill was a real stinger to finish the climbing though. Lots of cool little sections and some good downhills, places where the amount of line choice would give a World Cup downhiller the horn. Snapped chains were the order of the day, I did mine on Lap 1, had forgotten the power links, so there goes a good 5 or 6 minutes and any real racing, but glad I continued and finished, caught a few including Ger Jackson, valiantly battling on with only a granny ring ("I'm grand, the bike's f****d!") and Masochst, who was just bollixed. And Gareth McKee modelling the new Banbridge CC DH/soccer kit, on the heavy bike with the tyres he stole off a Massey Ferguson.
A huge thanks to Martin & the Dromara CC crew for a top notch event, well run throughout. I just hope all that yellow rock paint was sponsored... :-)

According to the unofficial results I came 6th in vets!!!Not as good as Adam's 1st or Damo's 5th,but Im fecking over the moon!!!Think I'll open a beer to celebrate!!!
