Biomech..theres no categories its all about heats and when you sign on....2 heats ..first one means you could be riding with a National champ..if you win you go in to a heat final with the other winners..if you come last you go in a final heat with everybody else who came last..then the Blast itself is a mass start...you have to see it to believe it
So if your overweight, unfit & old like my goodself how many runs would you be doing in the day, would it be 3? Also how long is the course, seen some of the vids and it looks great craic, toying with the idea of coming up from Limerick.
