Sandyford or Stillorgan? Close to Trails?

Miss’s want to move close to her Job. It means around Sandyford, Stillorgan.

Is there some trails around this area? Where is the start of the trail for the Club spins? (3 Rocks?)

Looking for something that is close to the Trail’s, to finally get to some club spins. She wants close to work and I want close to the trails

Can someone help? Have no idea about the area.

Sandyford is a bit closer to 3-Rock than Stillorgan but there's not much in it! If you're planning on cycling from home somewhere around Stepaside would be ideal and there are plenty of nice new estates and apartment complexes in the area ....... and if you need any one to help you move!!!

Both are near to 3rock, Sandyford is a little bit nearer than Stillorgan but not by much. From either you can cycle to 3rock in 10/15 mins.

to cycle out from D6 area it takes approx 25-30min to Lamb doyles and 50min to Leadmines. Anywhere south of Rathfarnham will be really close to most of the trails, 10-15min cycle.

i know someone with 3 bed apartment available in roundwood,singletrack 90 seconds away

Will look in Sandyford, In the Cubes probably, can find some nice apartments for around 1k.

Have to find something by the middle of September so have some time. :)

Jackson, thanks but need to be close to Luas as well, i am not sure but i don't think the apt that you told about is.

Anyway is there someone here that works with Propriety Management in Sandyford?

im surprised you havent moved backhere yet byrner .it would save you a fortune in petrol driving up here most days

Will have a look in some apartments here in Howth and in Sandyford, still have some time to decide.

Really tempted to move to Sandyford and get some trails in the club spins, it's just hard to leave Howth.
