Your in for some shock when you get back Smithers, you'll be cruising along thinking of Tapas and fine Spanish dusty trails and then SLIDDERY SKIDDOO BANG!!!! The roots are as greasy as they have ever been and are pissed after a bone dry summer. I left Djouce yesterday feeling violated!
yea me too, i was only out for half an hour yesterday, and i had two off's, both out of no where.

I got soaked twice yesterday in Djouce , I feel the cold like anybody else and pain..i just use my Zen Ninja skills and send the pain and discomfort somewhere else..probably in to the heads of people like Terry and Don !! and Lynchy !!
Its Ireland , its a boggy Island and it rains from the ground up sometimes !! deal with it..get the right gear and acclimatize to it..
When my book comes out , it will be full of little Zen Ninja tips on how to live in Ireland as a Elite Outdoor Athlete !!
