Week night spins

Hi Lads
New to the site haven't quiet got my head around it. But was wondering how do yee arrange your spins.

depending on your level of skill/fitness you will go out on either a tuesday or a thursday evening/night with one of two groups.
they also go on a saturday and sunday morning.
you really have to just go with some of the lads first to see how you are on the bike.
don't go near a "savage" spin unless asked along, as they are for the more experienced riders.
keep an eye on the spins section of the forum, if you are a member, u should be able to see where and when they are meeting and just arrive, introduce yourself and enjoy.
Byrner or someone, with more clout than me will guide you along nicely.

sorry you have to be a member to go on EPIC spins and unfortunately membership is closed , unless you are known to us from racing , then I'll invite you on a savage spin.
We have 150 members and spins can get oversubscribed.
we may run a spin in the new year looking for new members and I'm always on the lookout for savage XC racers and DH racers to represent the club.

You don't want to be associated with that nasty Epic club anyway, I hear they have all kinds of horrible initiation (couldn't be arsed checking spelling) cermonies involving virgin sheep, tyre tubes, wet lube and some scobie tart called Kathy Gallagher.

well i thought about this and i have a plan for a Friday evening Winter Spin for everybody..
I don't care if you are in a club for it and it will be the craic !!
