Its being ages since i was out on a spin with epic, just being a manic year... Went on a Mtn biking holiday there a couple of weeks ago in the alps and now i'm itching to get back on it. On the basis that i haven't being on the bike much, i'm no way as 'cycle up hill' fit as before, but is there any handy/craic spins on weekends these days that might suit. Can't see anything which doesn't look like a savage xc spin.
Also does anyone know if you can rent bikes over here?
