2 months ago i asked here about (-) chamber leaking air in RS Reba SL DualAir.
Brought it back on the warranty (2 months ago) to a shop i bought the bike at.(giant xtc1 2009).
they've removed the fork and organized an irish Giant "agent" to look after that.
he sent it back to the UK. After 4 weeks the fork arrived but was still leaking air. The shop sent it back again and my rebas spent another 3-4 weeks in the UK being "repaired". Got the fork yesterday but saw 3 scratches and paint chips on the STANCHIONS which i didn't do.
WHY? because the fork was set up at 100mm and came back set up at 115mm
scrathes were down within these 15mm of travel - i couldn't do it while riding.
The shop was told that the fork has probably been opened by an unauthorized person because there were sratches inside and that voids the warranty.(probably these ones unless there is something more i dont know about).
so they've done me a big favour fixing the forks even thou they werent supposed to be fixed on warranty(!!!!!) THANK YOU.
Got a fork back after 2 months and it's damaged.
Hopefully the scratches won't affect the performance but they are there and they WERENT there...
i'm just about to kill somebody

at least i'd like to HIT somebody very hard.
