Gentle Sunday spin.

Couldn't get down to Ballyhoura for the Marathon Champs so went for a nice long spin instead with DavidL. It was a fantastic day for it, really clear and no wind, absolutley perfect. David carried on down as far as Glenmalure but I didnt have a lift back like he did so headed home from Roundwood on the road. My ass is feeling it now though, thats the longest I've ever been on the bike. Well worth it though.

I had a lovely spin with my son. Did the Miners trail. I was impressed with him climbing the entire thing. I think he is now at the point of becoming my riding buddy....
BTW, the Miners is in utter sh1te. It's like a trials comp. Even the deadly fast switchbacks...
I won't be in a rush back up.
