just letting ye know well in advance that this years spook race is in the process of been set out and just in case ye think its all trails that have been done before you'd want to get that idea out of your head..its 90% virgin trails
.. the night time race is on saturday night(time trial) and will be about 15km long and the day time race will be on sunday and that will be about 40km give or take a few.....
so some of ye got a taste of the ballyhouras last weekend at the marathon how many of ye are brave enough
to tackle it at night????...it will be set out and marshalled by members of team ballyhoura..
the cost of entry will be posted along with other details on the www.ballyhouraspook.com food and entertainment will be there on both days..
