Spin Tonight ?

Hey guys... I'm not going out with the "road Squad" tonight. so I was wondering if anybody is heading out for an unofficial spin tonight ??

I'm pretty flexible on start time/location etc. so if anybody has something planned or wants to hook up please send me a PM or call/TXT 086 - 2471050.

I'd join you but 30k's on the road today is enough for me, at least I do it on a mtb with Rocket Dons and Racing Ralphs! Did I dream it or was Richie trying to get people to buy road bikes off him recently...yeah that must have been a dream.

i've sold loads of cx and roadbikes....and I can tell you this for nothing..if you want to be an Elite or Serious rider next year ( Sports category is out of bounds for EPIC members in 2011)
then you should have a road bike and you should be training.

it took me 37 mins to get to work this morning on my road bike..it was taking me 50mins two weeks ago..
I may have to return to Team Worc or cull the bejaysus out of this one !!
