Hey anybody looking to go fast and low in Djouce on XC bikes on Tuesday ?
10.00 of the morning ..and I mean freaking ferocity , you won't even have a chance to drink from your bottle !!
i don't care what club you're from once you want to suffer an hour of power !
well that was deadly....sideways wind,rain from all directions,cold but not too cold,puddles mud and slidey roots everywhere!!
only me,conor,richie and john doris braved the elements for what was a super spin round djouce,we took in all the single track that the place has to offer even some stuff that i'd never been on before! all you could here was the wind howling richie curseing conor doin the heavy breathing and john chuckling away to himself as we hurtled round djouce woods.
now i love riding my bike in djouce in the dust and dry but theres alot to be said for winter conditions and slidin round corners sideways with your heart in your mouth thinkin yeeeeeeeeehhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!
that was a fine wet spin..me, Alf, Conor, Doris did loads of trails and really fast..some craic all the same..no stopping with a great bunch of lads !!
Every Tuesday if you are unemployed or on a day off..not for the feeble or part time !!
