So no beginners, improvers or Sunday spin types.

yeah have to echo that fair play to rob lots of potential there to be a top class rider,
good spin all round,three rock was awash with bodies though and the trails were very sliddery which is always good fun.deadly deadly deadly
very quick mechanical fixes..I think we'll give 3 rock a miss though for a while..holy jaysus the entire population of South Central Foxrock must have been up there !!! I completely forgot about the Orienteering comp on up there ..!!

did you see the goings of Justin May in his running pants !! the state of him !!
Bloody freezing by the time I'd cycled home - first really wintery spin! Great "Tour of 3-Rock" - all of my "favourite" trails were as slithery as ****!! As always the first 45 minutes were a struggle and the pace was grand after that! Great crew out but we'd lost a few by the time we'd finished! Thanks guys!
That was a great spin alright, sliddery everywhere and haf a couple of over the bar moments, not as good as Micky's though! Good gang out too. Had to shoot off early too to try and sell a bike.

Surprisingly my legs feel ok after yesterday but I went to a b-bay and house warming party yesterday and decided to have a sleep in today, one deserve a rest day sometimes!
