I cannot believe you stayed in bed this morning!! I can only hope it was because "the badger was in the honeypot", or whatever they call the morning "Hows it going i've brushed me teeth" Moment in Poland?
Only stayed in bed until 12:00 (!!!)... and then did 80k on a road bike so the day was not completely lost.

that was deadly until two ninconpoops got punctures and were comforting each other in ways I only hear about in Prison.
But it was still deadly ..just me, Alfie, Nomad, Max and some chap whose name escapes me and who evaporated 2 mins in..
but it was a true MTB spin of Magnificence..
up past extc..up the hilll of pain..across to the middle car park, the humps..catskin..up the outside of the fence, down lower ack, across mystery meat, up the red road, down Disco ( can we voluntarily leave this one for a while please, its in ****e !!)
up the Earls drive down GC,
Waited for 10 minutes for the CUddle brothers..up the fireroad, down Toro ( what a trail , Bob Tiberius Benchcuts best trail without a doubt )
up Gwangi, down Fartknocker, up the step, down Gwangi, up the Fireroad..passing the Mystery man, down BC, son of BC ( deadly ) back up the fireroad, hello again Mystery guy..
1 hour 10 minutes including the feckin Cuddles !!
Very slippy compared to Sunday...disco stu is in a heap from people over skidding and riding it on big bikes..
avoid it for a while, we'll organise a crew up there to tidy it up over the winter. It really angers me when people cut corners and straight line trails people have built, obviously it follows that particular line for a reason and all you succeed in doing is widening the trail and eroding the builders original vision.

by the way, no offence to anybody who turns up for these and gets dropped. Its an Hour of Power for me, all the trails in Djouce in an hour or just over flat out up and down..I know I can go faster and I will !!!!

Deadly spin, despite me forgetting to top up the goo levels in my wheels (since the Nationals!) which resulted in a puncture / washout / tree hugging moment.
Loved the cat skin and both bench cuts! Disco Stu....oh yes I didn't even know where I was it has to many lines now..
