I don't care what CLub you're from you're welcome along but this is a serious 3 hour Winter XC training spin so you will have to know what you are at.

Don, are you actually doing a spin from 3 rock, I am in shock........Hmmm I might have to cut my drinking at the agm down to 48hrs to see this!!! I would offer to collect you but I'm not very reliable when it comes to things happening after the AGM. I laughed out very loudly when Wife said " I have that carpet for the spare room for you to fit on Sunday"
That spin south from 3 rock is one of my favourite spins of all time, and on the HT I suspect it will be even better, but I'm tight for time hence just riding all the way home. Now where are all the kind peeps? I will pay by not wearing lycra and will have jellies.
