feckin disaster !!
Max got 2 punctures and ruined the whole bleedin spin !! still it was a grand 50k in the end , just me, Greg and Max..Alfie got a puncture and didn't bring his phone !! next time skidders !!

Ahh so Alfie isn't dead, I suppose that's good news! Good to get out this morning, just leaving for Leadmines now to go downhilling. Gonna take a while to get used to having about half a second to react to holes in the road... this road cycling lark is alot sketchier than I thought!
