eh 2 of us are thinking of a spin in 3rock at the weekend,saturday or sunday which ever i dunno???

you need to talk to Sean or Adam..they look after the DH stuff...we're way to cool for that nonsense !! 3 Rock is fairly simple..go to the top and bate all the way down..but at the weekends they are stuffed with walkers !!! if you have XC bikes you are more than welcome to come to Djouce on Saturday with me. I can promise you way better riding than 3 rock, which is a kip and like I said over ran with walkers and people who think they can ride a bike.
You're too deadly for 3 Rock..you've been reading " diary of a wimpy kid ( irishDH)" too much..which is only the reality of a about 20 kids who cant read proper and don't know stuff..
but as my spins are all about lycra, sinews and power you probably won't come because you're chicken !
em ya im not really into the lycra stuff,but xc in dublin is deadly i must say,and yeah im gonna be too chicken this time richie :-) i havent been riding proper dh i ages so i need to get some speed up before the race season :-)
