Following from the success of last weeks spin
I'm going for another couple of easy laps round kindlestown & GOD on saturday
We'll do one or two of the bits we bypassed last week.
No level required just going easy and nobody gets left behind.
If you are slow then pretend to be fast and if you are fast pretend to be slow:)
Cheers John, good spin around there today, it was mucky but the weather was a lot better than I thought it was gonna be....there was no catching Harri on that last lap we did with the dog.
Good spin this morning in the mild wild wet & windy.
Wasnt too bad in the trees anyway. We had a good crew out today. Great to see people getting stronger already!

that was a great spin! the schlomp was amazingly deep!
Paddy must be feeding on the same stuff as Bryan Rhinestone (they do live 2 doors apart) he did some real nice ariel displays today - a lovely arse over head coming out of the tunnel in GOTD - note eveeryone the roof is really really low - i managed to lose a light fitting there last week. Paddy only needs a cape to finish off the look!
The conditions were eating bikes - lots of broken chains and stuff not working - luckily people had plenty of spares which makes it so much easier! good to see a few young lads out - you're the future of the sport lads keep it up!
