re broken arm

hi was knocked down while out on my mtb thursday broke collar bone and arm.
My arm has 4 inch plate in lower part now just wondering if anyboby has similar plate and how does it affect their mtb ing as im worried

sounds like a rough one Ken!

2 plates and 13 pins in my lower arm, and no bother at all on the bike
I do shy away from crashing on it, but its grand, would never know its been broken
