ah jaysus !!! what happened , I broke mine about 30 years ago and it hurt like fcuk !! Why do the good always get hurt !!
Came off the bike on disco stu, nothing too bad just thought it was badly sprained.. But a trip to swift care told me otherwise..

cheers lads... ye hope it not going to be too long before I am back out on the bike.. though for now its turbo trainer for me for a few weeks.. At least its early in the season so fingers crossed.
Don't go back until the doc gives you the all-clear. Gotta think long term. Hard luck
