EPIC spotted in Kildare

Fair play to Damo and Alife, who came out to Naas for the usual Wednesday night road spin, great to have them there. We had 16 out tonight and the pace was quick at times, these spin are nothing to do with the club, just lads from the local area but the numbers are growing every week, all are welcome 7:30 at Woodies in Naas.

Second spin with the lads in Naas, brilliant spin. The pace is fast and steady, everyone takes their turn up front to keep the pace moving. The last few kms is a bit of a sprint. Thanks to morty for having us along and running the spins.

good spin alright,pace was furious at times and the last few kms were a race to the cars which was interesting.
