Night Ride Virgin......

Now that the hour has gone back I really want to try out the new lights that Al has sold me - However I'm a bit nervous about riding "offroad" on my own after dark - I'm bad enough when I can see where I'm going!!! If anyone is going out for a reasonably sedate evening ride I'd love to tag along - Thanks

you should go out on Tuesdays with the Al or 5.30 Thursdays with me and Carol..7.00 with me and Alfies probably not good for virgins..i will run a beginners night some evening soon..i'm getting a lot of requests for that..

If you think its a bit dodge try Ballinaslow with your new lights, it'l give you a feel for it with no surprises around the corner.

Make sure to mount the light on your helmet, not the bars, big difference. What lights did you get?

Richard Tuesdays are always savage craic with a really good crowd. You'd fit in fine and as I'm usually pulling up the rear I don't think the pace would be a major issue for you.
