Friday 4th March - Half WW Spin 9.30 Kilmashogue lane

i'll be starting from the Bridge at the bottom of Kilmashogue lane next Friday for a spin down the WW to laragh then back home on the road.
Its 96k round trip.

Bear in mind its freakin savage at the pace i intend to go at.

I done a very similar WW spin with Richie,Adamski,Ger Jackson,Max Power and some other mad savages that escape me last year,in the rain,but this is tough,no 2 ways about it!!

i remember some of that spin !!

Well that was brilliant..thanks to the 2 boys, Dave Rusty and Niall Somers for keeping me Company. Fantastic spin all the way to laragh..very tough going in plaes with schlomp you wouldn't believe.. there must have been an explosion of Walkers in places as the Wicklow Mountains appear to be trampled to death..
There also appears to be Elephants or huge horses around the place too..
Very tough going in places I have to say but we got to laragh in 4 hours..I will put up some photos and a Blog report later.
I tell you though, once you go past Knockree the scenery is world class.. the views across Wicklow from White Hill is EPIC..
Christ the road home from Laragh was horrendous..new bike with new saddle tore the hoop out of me !!just as well I'm a giver, i'd never be a taker, Christ , this must be how Lynchy feels after Smithers has been at him !!
F*ckin' walkers have the place pounded to death..I think i'll kill the next one that opends ther gob to me about wrecking the place..stab them with a spoon, i think. something that will take them ages to die !!

Hahahahaha ,My hoop is in tatters from the new saddle on the road bike, If had the money I would put the same saddle on every bike, Actually that is a great plan.

I would have loved to go on that Spin today, between you and Alfster I'm sick!!

I think my hoop issues rose from a poor choice of tights..i was wearing these compression jobs for the last 2 days and I think they have some sort of arse degrading acid in them..I did 70k on Wednesday and about 70 yesterday plus 90k today..so I suppose my hoop was never going to win that War !!
ah yes we were having a good old laugh in Laragh today at you, knowing how much you would have loved that spin but your not Damo or Alfie..so I don't really care !!


Only joking , Skids after Damo, Alfie, Micky, BON, Roo and that lad with the squint..you're my favourite member/friend.
