On the 31st of Jan this year I broke and dislocated my ankle. Being a long way from the car park I was having craic getting out until a couple of good samaritans came along and pushed me out. Thanks lads and impressive riding up that hill pushing me and havin the craic the same time.

yeah 50 days prostrate on the trail. Had to drink the brake fluid from my bike just to survive
