Hi John,

I'm just wondering what sort of level do you need to be at to join this spin? I'm fairly new to mountain biking, but I get out as often as I can and I love it, I've reached the stage where I'd like to do something other than Ballinastoe or Ballyhoura. I have tried some of the stuff in Djouce on my own recently, it was lashing rain, very muddy and I spent more time falling over the handlebars, on my ass and generally feeling like I had an awful lot to learn than anything else. I'd love to give it a go but I don't want to be holding anyone back - would I be better off aiming for something easier or could I come along?

Sure, come along and give it a go.
I'll give you some bail out options along the way if you need to
Be sure to bring a spare tube,pump,powerlink and water
