Directions Callow Hill
From Newtown take Roundwood turn by Church, continue along to crossroads, cross straight over towards Newtown GAA. Keep heading on this road and u will come to a junction with a bad bend and keep heading up towards Callow Hill approx. 1 and half KM. You pass a series of bends and u will see a bungalow selling ''Duck Eggs'' and you've arrived. Directly across from this house is a small ''D'' shape car park for Callow Hill (Fit 6 to 8 Cars).
To get to trails go in pass metal barrier up fire Road 200 Yds. Come to junction and turn Right. Continue up Fire Road approx 1km till reach junction and turn right. About 50 yards in on your left is the end of the trail. You can either push up from here or pedal around on Fire Road to top.
Suggest Full face Lid and armour if you want to go hard. Their are three small jumps and one drop. Everything is rollable or can go around.
If its not lashing rain their will be a couple of us their in morning about 10.30.

i went in there for a look this afternoon, i went in the other side and past the mast and found the trail on the way down,not sure if i got all of it though.nice to find something new close to home too fair play !!
Sheeps Head
Sheeps head is start of trail by Northern boundary wall. There are two options to go down left (on video) or right.
Left lane is grippier with more jumps. right lane is tougher with a drop with no chicken run then terrain runs rough till fire road where it meets up with bottom gulley section.

thanks for the very accurate directions looking forward to a spin on it,just left bike in for a service today,and in work next 2 nights so hopefully get out during the week,if you fancy a spin ger gis a buzz
