Beginner/Intermediate level spin: Kindlestown

Beginner/Intermediate level spin: Leaving Kindlestown carpark most Sunday's at 12 O'Clock...I'll wait around for a minute or two at the gate so you'll see me if you turn up.....it might be just me, maybe a few others....I'll be there anyway. (I need the exercise...and an excuse to get out of the house)

Would suit people who don't know their way around, don't like biking on their own, aren't quick enough to keep up with the pace of the other club spins, or just can't make it out to the earlier spins.

You'll need a bike in good working order and a helmet is essential, bring the usual stuff and wear suitable clothing.

Usual stuff: Spare Tube (or Two), Pump, Bottle or Camelback, Bar or Snack, Multitool, Tyre levers, PowerLink, Mobile Phone.

If you haven't got a car, it's about a 30 minute cycle from Greystones Dart station, it's not that far away but it's uphill.

Yeah, I'll be there this Sunday if anybody wants to head around the place.

If the rain holds off I'll be taking the big unusual on the road in places route.....if it's pissing rain I'll be on the usual old reliable stay sheltered in the trees as much as possible route.

Yeah no bother, I'll be up there this Sunday at 12 anyway if you or anybody else wants to head around the place, and John Damage will be up there on Saturday morning with a few heads if you want to fly around with him.
Got there a bit late yesterday - sorry, must have just missed you. Lovely afternoon for a spin though!
**** sorry, yeah it was just me and another lad up there, I got there bang on 12 and we left the carpark about 10 seconds later, was a nice day for it alright.
